VISUAL ARTIST AND PHOTOGRAPHER IN AMSTERDAM MARIA KREKOTUN 

Hi! I am Maria Krekotun, visual artist, based in Amsterdam. I live in the Netherlands since 2019. I speak Russian, English and Dutch.   I am a student of “Fotografika”, international  school of art and documentary photography, and I continue learning all the time. 

My usual style of shooting is having fun. First we discuss your wishes, your hobbies, all about you. Then I think what we can do together, what scenes can show your personality better. You can be happy or calm, curious or not, in any case you will get great photos and maybe personal piece of art. 

If you are currently not happy, if you are going through the tough time I am pretty sure I can correct it at least during the photoshoot. My destiny is harmonizing people. People feel comfortable with me and dont afraid of camera anymore, they start to enjoy it.  You don’t need to pose, usually everything is very relaxed.

 Usually we spend a lot of time together, up to six. I can show you Amsterdam, tell something interesting, mostly about ecology, show the best places here, make a short video on your or my phone (if you need it), we drink coffee together. Sometimes it is a beginning of the friendship. But not all the people ready to spend so much time with photographer so now you have 3 options: 30 min, 1-2 hours of 2-4. 

Currently I work more and more as an artist, so I make collages with your photos and my watercolors illustrations. I can make some illustrations specifically for your photos, and they can reflect your personality, hobbies or emotions. 

Also I started to work as a project photographer, so I am looking for models. If you work with energy, if you look strange for this world, or if you live not in your motherland and ready to share your thoughts about it, please connect with me. That can be interesting
